Red Light Legal is a fledgling organization that provides direct legal services, legal representation, community education, and policy advocacy to sex workers in all corners of the industry. Utilizing harm-reductionist and anti-oppression methodologies, Red Light Legal is the first constituency-led legal organization providing services to this marginalized population.
Red Light Legal joins TGI Justice Project and CURB as Justice Now’s fiscally-sponsored projects. Like Justice Now, we believe policing and prisons are not making our communities safer and that the current system severely damages the communities most affected by criminalization and stigmatization.
